Well, I've discovered my chief problem in signing in to my new account. The email account associated with it includes a Hebrew word that could be spelled with a "ch" or "h"
Using the "h" has made a world of difference. And I was pleasantly surprised by the password assistance email I got from Google. It was clear and concise, told me what email to use and reset my password. VIOLA!
